- Quarterly length checks (every three months). The first one is coming up by the end of next week.
- Bunning 3 or more days per week. I think that this will really help with my retention...fingers crossed.
- Product reviews.
- Monthly weigh-ins rather than twice a month.

Changes for 2011!
It's been a while since I have updated. I hope everyone had a happy holiday. In the upcoming year, I will be making a few changes to my blog, hair care and fitness routine. These changes are as follows:
